New Patient Consultation & Membership

A new patient consultation is $225 and includes a comprehensive lab panel (with hormone and vitamin levels), any additional screenings needed, and a follow-up telehealth appointment to discuss your results and treatment plan. There’s no obligation to join after your initial consultation.

Membership & Benefits

Our membership is $125 per month ($200 per month for couples) and offers a 6-month contract with a 30-day cancellation notice.
